The Commercial Continuous Improvement Assessment Framework (CCIAF) tool is designed to help drive continuous improvement in commercial practices across the public sector. It is accessible to any public sector organisation seeking to benchmark its commercial maturity against the commercial Government Functional Standard (GovS008).

This online tool provides contracting authorities with the ability to:

• Complete and submit self-assessments electronically
• Receive peer reviews of self-assessments
• Gain valuable insights into commercial practices through detailed Playback Reports
• Document ongoing continuous improvement initiatives

New registrations will be sent to the Cabinet Office or to your organisation for verification. This process may take up to 3 working days.
